Full-Home Renovation
Multiple rooms, multiple trades, one schedule and one point of accountability.
A whole-home renovation is not several small projects happening at once — it is one project with dependencies. Flooring cannot go in before paint prep is done; cabinets cannot be set before floors are level; electrical cannot close up before layouts are final.
Luxx Fixx coordinates the sequence, the trades and the schedule so the property moves forward in a deliberate order, with one team answering for the whole scope.
