YOUR QUESTIONS

Before we begin.

What areas does Luxx Fixx serve?

Luxx Fixx serves Houston and the surrounding Texas communities, including Katy, Sugar Land, Cypress, Pearland, Spring, The Woodlands, Missouri City and Richmond. If your property is nearby, ask us.

Do you handle commercial work as well as residential?

Yes. Luxx Fixx handles home remodeling and renovation as well as commercial remodeling, tenant improvements, build-outs and property renovation.

How large a project can Luxx Fixx take on?

We consider projects from individual rooms to full-property renovations and larger construction scopes. Contact us with the property and proposed work so we can confirm fit and availability.

How do I request an estimate?

Complete the Request an Estimate form with a few details about your property and project, or call or email us directly.

What happens after I request an estimate?

We review your information, follow up to confirm details, and schedule a walkthrough of the property. From there we prepare a written scope and estimate for your review.

Can you work around a business that stays open?

Yes. Commercial projects are phased and scheduled around operations wherever possible, including after-hours and weekend work when the property requires it.

Do you work with investors, Realtors and property managers?

Yes. We work with real-estate investors, Realtors, property managers, builders, general contractors and commercial property professionals, and we are actively building long-term relationships. See the Work With Us page.

How are project changes handled?

Changes are documented in writing before the work is performed, including the change in scope, cost and schedule, so there are no surprises at the end.

What does the process look like?

The project moves from inquiry and consultation through property assessment, a written scope and estimate, pre-construction planning, construction, final walkthrough and close-out. The Our Process page explains each stage.

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope, selections and property conditions. We provide a projected schedule with your written estimate rather than a generic timeline.
