Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes about Luxx Fixx LLC and the services we offer. It does not constitute a quote, a contract or a guarantee of pricing, scope or availability.

Estimates and proposals. Project pricing is provided only in a written estimate or proposal after a property walkthrough. Any figures, ranges or examples on this website are illustrative and are not binding.

Project agreements. All work is performed under a separate written agreement between Luxx Fixx LLC and the client. That agreement governs scope, pricing, schedule, payment and change orders, and takes precedence over anything on this website.

Photography. Images on this website may include representative photography illustrating the type and standard of work we deliver. Representative images are not presented as completed Luxx Fixx projects.
